About Nick

Born and raised in Connecticut, Attorney Valinsky is admitted to the bar of the State of Connecticut and the U.S. District Court of Connecticut. He is a member of both the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Creditors Bar Association and has been appointed a member of the Committee of Sale for the State of Connecticut. Attorney Valinsky has practiced in the areas of creditors' rights, personal injury litigation, criminal law, probate, and foreclosure. Attorney Valinsky was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for excellent achievement in the study of both Family Law and Domestic Violence.
